1. Service Overview 
MyMaali provides on-demand gardening services, plant and gardening essentials delivery, and related services through digital platforms. Services may be offered on an hourly, daily, or subscription (monthly) basis. 

2. Service Availability 
All services are subject to availability based on location, time, weather conditions, and workforce capacity. Delivery timelines, including express delivery, may vary due to operational or external factors.
 
3. Booking & Payments 
● All bookings must be made through authorized MyMaali platforms. 
● Payments must be completed in advance unless otherwise specified. 
● Prices, plans, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling 
● Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the applicable time window as mentioned at the time of booking. 
● Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges. 

5. Return & Refund Policy 
In case of damaged or missing items, customers must report the issue to info@mymmali.com. A single, uninterrupted video recorded without cuts, pauses, or changes in camera angle must be provided, clearly showing the package opening process and the damaged or missing item. Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval by MyMaali.

6. User Responsibilities 
● Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. 
● Safe access to the service location must be ensured. 
● MyMaali shall not be responsible for delays or issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the user. 

7. Service Limitations
MyMaali is not responsible for: 
● Damage caused due to pre-existing site conditions 
● Natural factors such as weather, pests, or plant diseases 
● Third-party products or services not directly supplied by MyMaali 

8. Intellectual Property 
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on MyMaali platforms are the property of FLORAPEX MYMAALI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be used without written permission.
 
9. Limitation of Liability 
MyMaali’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service or product purchased. Under no circumstances shall MyMaali be liable for indirect or consequential losses. 

10. Modifications to Terms 
MyMaali reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. 

11. Governing Law 
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the 
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi
